This page explains how to request a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for a potential licensing discussion with GLOV N L.L.C. It is an informational notice, not an NDA.
Start with nonconfidential information
Please share only your business contact details, product category, intended market, and a general description of your interest. Do not include confidential, proprietary, or trade-secret information in website forms, initial emails, or other first messages.
Request a separate written NDA
If a discussion requires confidential information, contact Linda Carter at linda@shopglovn.com to discuss a separate written NDA before sharing that information. Any confidentiality obligations must be set out in an agreement reviewed and signed by the parties.
Visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, or receiving a response does not by itself create an NDA. This notice does not replace or change any separate agreement already signed by the parties.
Licensing rights
An inquiry, product review, or NDA does not grant permission to use GLOV N® patented technology or the GLOV N® brand. Specific licensing rights are granted only through a separate signed written licensing agreement.
